Again a long pause in the posts but a crazy amount of things have happened:

Moved House... check
GOt published... check
Got married... check
Got a job... check
Kids? ...... not just yet O_o

Yup, now moved to chester above starbucks with my wife... (Still hasn't sunk in saying that) O_o. Mimi (shadowtruth) and I moved into our flat at the end of july and got married last week down in dunstable (pictures on facebook for nosy peeps ). The week before and week after the wedding I was doing a work trial for a contact marketing company which have now employed my fantastic artistic skills to... input people's direct debit forms to a database. I can't complain as it pays the bills and feeds the shinies addiction and also allows me to moonlight as an illustrator and feel slightly naughty about it.

Last month one the Jetix issue came out with one of my paper toys in print, and 3 on the CD. I was so stoked at seeing the final thing but there was a part of me that would have loved to be printed on card as an insert but being on the second to last page was awesome ^^.

The wife and I (Squeee!) have also just done some illustrations for the 'Songtime' music book series by Croydon Music services. Mimi's mum wrote some of the songs and about 3 months back we'd said we would doodle something for them but then a crazy amount of things all happened at once so we had to bang it all out in a relatively short time x_x. Not bad for something we were not getting paid for, but hopefully we're only going to get married once.

Other things we've got coming up involve a Messy Pictures workshop at greenbelt festival at cheltenham racecourse at the end of august and some of our mates decided it would be a good idea to get us a stall at Leeds Comic Convention in november. Awesome, but tiny freakout as we dont think we have enough things to fill a stall.... yet. The Darkwater comic is slowly starting to whirr into action (know we have done everything else in the world, it seems) and we are even looking at publishing a first issue before it goes completely on the web. Having desks helps a lot as our flat was unfurnished until the wedding (thanks everyone) and several epic ikea trips (no fear). I had the cold shivers with fear on tuesday when i realised I was going to spend my evening in Ikea instead of a rock night and suddenly become middle aged O_o but its just too shiny to resist. Besides, even Hardcore rockers need tables and chairs.
